supply and demand. A transparent stock management with an automated
alignment between procurement and warehouse alongside the supply chain
is necessary to regain balance and provide potential areas for optimization.
Furthermore it should be possible for the procurement to make decisions for
prospective orders based on statistical data available on demand. This
should enable a Just-In-Time supply chain with the suppliers.
Document management

organization of the company. Work related documents are only available
locally; there is no overarching system for standardization and coordination.

In order to save money for R&D investments, simulation tests should be used
instead of cost and time intensive control programs. As a result both the
duration for development and the research investments should be reduced.

decentralized organization.
