that based on Gartner’s “Hype Cycle”, cloud services already left the “valley of tears”
and reached maturity state. In a few years, no company will ask itself whether to
employ cloud services or not. They will be a natural part of IT (Höllwarth, 2013) &

Faltus, 2013) & (Seher, 2013). Dr. Tobias Höllwarth (2013) further says that all
technologies and rapid IT development we have seen in the last 50 years are
probably just the beginning of the modern information age and the major
breakthroughs are yet to come.
